Basic Troubleshooting: Printer Queue Errors on Windows 10 and 11

Dell OptiPlex desktop as their primary Wax Center workstation with a connected,
known printer.
Troubleshooting Steps:

the Print Queue:

- Type "Printers & Scanners" and
select it from the search results.
