Hikvision Camera App

Please download the appropriate app for your phone OS.

For iPhone - Hik Connect

For Android - Guarding Vision (see attached document walking through setting up this app)

Once the app is downloaded and open, you will skip / X out of any screens asking to log in.

Select the + in the upper right corner to add a device.

Select 'add device manually'

Make sure IP/Domain is selected and enter the info given to you.

Device name -the name you choose to identify with for the cameras

Username is case sensitive

After entering your details, select the Add button at the bottom. It will turn to Live View if you entered all information correctly.

Make sure you are not connected to an internal WiFi and using cellular service

Once installed, open up app and select USA as your region

The app will open to a screen like below.

From here hit + icon in the upper right corner and select manual adding

Enter the info given to you

Below is an example of what it will look like

Alias - name of your choosing to easily identify the camera system

Adding Type - has to be IP/Domain

Username is case sensitive

After entering the details, select the save icon in the upper right corner.

Select Start Live View at the bottom
