Adding Emails to Safe Receipients List

On your home screen > hit down arrow on Junk > select Junk Email Options. You may have to hit the 3 dots on your Home ribbon to see the option.

 

On the pop up window > select the tab Safe Receipients > Add > copy the name into the entry box > OK > Apply

You can also add them to safe senders list to be safe
