Adding email account to Outlook app: iPhone

·       Open your Outlook app or download from App Store

 

 

·       In the upper right corner, select the circle with a letter in it

·       Select the Settings button in the lower left corner

 

 

 

·       Your settings window will open up. Select ‘add mail account’

 



 

 

·       It will take you back to the settings window. Select ‘Add Mail Account’ and then select ‘Add Email Account’

 

 



·       On the next screen, enter the full email address you want to add (ex: email@email.com) and click ‘Add Account’


 

 

·       In the next window, Microsoft will ask for authentication through the Microsoft Authenticator app OR ask you sign into Microsoft. Hit next once you verified the email is correct




·       Enter your password and select sign in. This should successfully add your email account to the Outlook app.

·       It will take a minute for the phone to sync with the servers.
