Find your voicemail settings

In your PBX menu, navigate to Phone System > Shared Voicemail > Advanced > Voicemail greetings

Choose your unavailable message to upload to or you can select from your audio library if you have already uploaded there.

If you have not previously recorded, you can choose to record straight from the PBX, if you have a microphone handy.

The audio file has to be in MP3, WAV or ULAW format.
