To claim a warranty service on your Microsoft hardware (includes docking station, keyboard, mouse, and Surface tablet)



Sign in using your personal or business Microsoft account.

Fill out the information best suited to your needs and area.


Select the blue button '+ Open a product support request'

Select Surface product family

Depending on what item you need to claim a service on, you will need to pick the appropriate item.
Surface Accessories = Keyboard, Mouse, Docking Station
Surface Pro = for the Surface tablet


If you select the Surface Pro, the next selection will ask you to select with version you have.
      If the Surface is still accessible, you can open your Surface app to find what version you have.
      If it is NOT accessible, please reach out to Zenxeon support and we should be able to identify with which version you received.


For accessories, the next selection will give you options for which accessory is exhibiting the issue.


Next you will selection what category best describes your issue


You will select the 'Professional No Charge' and select your preferred contact method


In step 2, you provide a brief one line subject for the issue and then describe in detail the issue in the description area. Include pictures if possible.


Step 3: Confirm Contact Details and any additional contacts


Microsoft support may take up to 2 business days to reply back
